The Company owns and operates an All-Suites Motel, offers
a variety of furnished residential rental properties, and has a
combined furnished apartment building & hotel suites property in
southwestern Colorado.
The Norwood Inn,
plus the San
Miguel Trailer Park (assorted 2 and 3 bedroom furnished modular
homes) and other furnished rental properties are located near
Telluride Ski and Golf Resort. Depending on availability, each of
the properties can be rented nightly or weekly, in addition to being
leased on a month to month basis.
Twenty miles farther west in Naturita, CO is the recently remodeled Blake House Inn & Apartments, which offers extended stay, fully furnished housing in the West End. It caters to crew members working in natural gas, uranium & vanadium mining, construction and exploration, or locals employed by such companies as Tri-State Power Plant or San Miguel Power. Depending on availability, nightly and weekly stays are available for tourists traveling along the scenic Umaweep-Tabeguache By Way, as well as the hunters who visit the area each Fall, or others seeking a short term stay. The building is also a wonderful location for special events, weddings and family reunions.
